Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the blondecode website. By visiting or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. About our services

blondecode is a digital agency based in Florida, USA. This website presents our services, portfolio, and contact channels for informational purposes. Submitting an inquiry through the website does not by itself create a client relationship. Client engagements — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and ownership of work product — are governed by separate written proposals or agreements between blondecode and each client. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data from it, submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it or infringe the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and code — are owned by blondecode or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the website's content without our prior written permission. Client names, brands, and project visuals shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to illustrate our work.

5. Portfolio, demos, and third-party links

Our portfolio includes case studies, concepts, and live demos. Some projects are concept work created to demonstrate capabilities, and results described reflect specific projects — they are illustrations, not guarantees of outcomes for any future engagement. The website may link to third-party websites and demos that we do not control; we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, blondecode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website. To the extent any liability is not excludable, our total liability related to the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Liability arising from client engagements is addressed in the applicable client agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless blondecode and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
